Lee Feldshon (Feldshon Law PLLC) is a former Director of Legal Affairs of Radio City Entertainment (MSG), where he worked on The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, A Christmas Carol, and Rockettes performances.

He represents producers, authors, directors, choreographers, actors, and other creatives in the

industry. He has handled a variety of contracts relating to numerous productions, including Rent (Broadway, touring), De La Guarda, Stranger Sings!, Islander, Desperate Measures, and others. He was legal counsel to the New York Musical Festival (NYMF) (2004-2019).
